Santorini‘s Airport is 17 kilometres away from Mystique. Please consult the Concierge for queries related to reservations, confirmations, air ticket changes and airport transfers.
BANK / CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Cash can be exchanged at the Front Office. The nearest bank is located in Fira. Two ATMs are located in Oia.
HAIRDRESSING
Hairdressers and beauty salon services are available on request.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ROOMS
Should you wish to communicate with another suite or villa in the hotel, please dial 1 followed by the room number you would like to contact, e.g., for suite 01 please dial 101, for suite 12 please dial 112.
CREDIT CARDS
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express & Euro card). Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted at Mystique.

To send surprise bouquets to loved ones, please consult the Concierge, minimum one day in advance.
KEY
Kindly leave your key with the Front Office when you depart. If you lose the key during your stay, kindly notify the Front Office immediately.
LAUNDRY SERVICES / IRONING
A laundry list and bag can be found in your wardrobe. Please place your laundry to be cleaned in the laundry bag provided in your wardrobe and leave on your bed.
Laundry and dry cleaning is available 24 hours. Express cleaning takes approximately 2 hours. Should you wish to have your clothes ironed, please contact the Concierge.
MEDICAL SERVICES
An external doctor is always at your disposal. The nearest pharmacy can be found in Oia or Fira. Please contact the Concierge to arrange an appointment.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
